Real Health Information for Real People
No hype. No gimmicks. Just evidence-based health, fitness, and wellness content written for people who want to make better choices.
Why We Started VitalPeak
The internet is overflowing with health advice. The problem is that most of it is unreliable — driven by clickbait headlines, supplement sales, or fitness influencers who confuse personal experience with evidence. We started VitalPeak in 2025 because the people we knew were tired of it too.
What they wanted was simple: real information they could trust, written in plain language, backed by actual research, and applicable to ordinary life. Not a 90-day transformation. Not a miracle protocol. Just honest, useful guidance that holds up over time.
That is what we set out to build. Every article we publish is reviewed for accuracy, sourced from peer-reviewed research and trusted medical institutions, and written to genuinely help — not to chase traffic.
What We Cover
VitalPeak focuses on six areas where everyday people most often need reliable guidance:
- Nutrition — what to eat, what to avoid, and why most popular diets fail
- Workouts — sustainable routines for beginners and experienced lifters alike
- Mental Health — anxiety, sleep, stress, and the everyday psychology that affects your wellbeing
- Weight Loss — evidence-based strategies that produce real, lasting results
- Sleep — improving the foundation of nearly every other aspect of your health
- Recipes — meals that are healthy, sustainable, and actually taste good
Our Editorial Standards
Every piece of content on VitalPeak goes through a deliberate review process:
- Research is sourced from peer-reviewed journals, government health agencies, and established institutions like Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and the National Institutes of Health.
- Articles are written by health writers with relevant qualifications, then reviewed for clinical accuracy by our editorial team.
- We update content regularly as new evidence emerges. Older articles are reviewed every six to twelve months.
- We disclose limitations honestly. When research is mixed or inconclusive, we say so — rather than picking a side for engagement.
- We do not accept advertising from supplement companies, weight loss products, or any business with a financial incentive to influence our content.
What We Believe
📊 Evidence Over Opinion
Personal experience is interesting. Population studies and clinical trials are what we actually rely on for guidance.
🎯 Sustainability Over Speed
Quick fixes fail. We focus on habits and approaches that work over months and years, not weeks.
🤝 Honesty Over Engagement
We will not exaggerate, scare you, or oversell a benefit. We respect your time and intelligence.
🌱 Accessibility for Everyone
Health information should not require a medical degree to understand. We write for real people in real situations.

What We Are Not
VitalPeak is a health information resource. We are not a substitute for medical care. The content we publish is intended for educational purposes — to help you make informed decisions, ask better questions, and understand your body. For diagnosis, treatment, or personalised medical advice, always speak with a qualified healthcare provider who knows your full history.
How We Are Funded
VitalPeak operates through display advertising and partnerships with publishers and platforms we trust. We do not accept advertising from supplement brands, weight loss programmes, or any company whose products we would not personally recommend. Our editorial team has no financial relationship with our advertisers, and ad placement never influences which topics we cover or how we cover them.
