Why We Started VitalPeak

The internet is overflowing with health advice. The problem is that most of it is unreliable — driven by clickbait headlines, supplement sales, or fitness influencers who confuse personal experience with evidence. We started VitalPeak in 2025 because the people we knew were tired of it too.

What they wanted was simple: real information they could trust, written in plain language, backed by actual research, and applicable to ordinary life. Not a 90-day transformation. Not a miracle protocol. Just honest, useful guidance that holds up over time.
